Music Art Events d.o.o. (Don Frane Bulića 16, 10410 Velika Gorica, Croatia) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
2. What data we collect
When you contact us through the form, WhatsApp, email or phone, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Event date and location (optional)
- Details of your inquiry
We also automatically collect anonymous usage data via privacy-friendly analytics (no third-party advertising trackers).
3. Why we collect it
Solely to:
- Reply to your inquiry within 24 hours
- Send you booking quotes and contracts
- Coordinate logistics for your event
- Comply with Croatian tax and contract law
4. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
Our legal basis is your consent (when you submit the form) and legitimate interest (responding to inquiries about our services).
5. Data sharing
We share your contact details only with:
- The performer(s) you book through us — strictly to coordinate your event
- Payment processors and accountants — for invoicing
- Croatian authorities — only when legally required
We never sell your data, and we don't share it with advertising platforms.
6. Data retention
Inquiry data is retained for 12 months unless you book an event with us — in which case we retain contract-related data per Croatian tax law (10 years).
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access your data we hold
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP)
