1. Operator
This website is operated by Music Art Events d.o.o. (Don Frane Bulića 16, 10410 Velika Gorica, Croatia), trading as Art Events Croatia.
2. Services
We are a music booking agency. We connect clients with verified performers (live bands, DJs, soloists, ensembles) for weddings, corporate events and private celebrations across Croatia and the region.
We are not a wedding planner or a full event organiser. We handle the music side and related logistics (sound, lighting, transport of musicians).
3. Booking process
- You submit an inquiry via form, email, WhatsApp, phone or Hey Aiva
- We respond within 24 hours with a non-binding quote
- If you accept, we issue a written contract specifying performer, date, fee, payment terms, technical requirements and backup plan
- Booking is confirmed only after the contract is signed and the deposit is paid
4. Pricing & payment
All prices are quoted in EUR. A deposit (typically 30–50%) is due upon contract signing; the balance is due 7 days before the event. Bank transfer details are in the contract.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel — these are detailed in the contract. Generally:
- Cancellation 60+ days before the event: deposit refunded minus 10% admin fee
- Cancellation 30–59 days before: 50% deposit refund
- Cancellation under 30 days: deposit non-refundable
If we are unable to provide the booked performer (e.g. illness) and cannot arrange an equivalent replacement, you receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
6. Backup plan
Every booking includes a documented backup plan (alternate vocalist, replacement band of equivalent calibre, technical contingencies). This is a key reason to book through an agency rather than directly with individual performers.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, branding) is owned by Music Art Events d.o.o. unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or republish it without written permission.
8. Liability
We are liable for the contracted performer's appearance and performance quality at the agreed event. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, severe weather, government restrictions, etc.) except as defined in the contract.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Croatian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Zagreb, Croatia.
